Shaana café's menu is the perfect blend of Aussie beach café food with healthy food, and combined with authentic Italian cuisine. Fonzie prides himself on giving as many meals as possible an Italian twist, and Chiara is putting her own spin on conventional coffee at the coffee machine, making beetroot and turmeric lattes alongside more traditional styles of coffee.
Don’t let the casual appearance of Fonzi and Chiara fool you; these guys work hard and make everything on site; from the pasta and piadinas, to the chai and turmeric powder, raw bliss balls and desserts to the zesty kombucha. They make it all.
Gluten intolerant folks, the health conscious and vegetarians are welcome as Shaana delivers on gluten free options like their quinoa risotto and Superfood Summer Salad.

The Green Breakfast bowl is a culinary delight of poached eggs, fresh baby spinach, avocado, organic quinoa and asparagus. It’s a grease proof healthy spin, on a typical cooked breakfast.
Bacon enthusiasts have not been forgotten and can feast on the Shaana Big Breaky (scrambled eggs, bacon, Calabrese sausage, slow roasted tomato, garlic mushrooms, sautéed spinach with Yallingup Woodfired Bread and home-made tomato relish). Or dive into the Breakfast Piadina Wrap; a homemade piadina with bacon, scrambled eggs, tomato, lettuce and hollandaise sauce.
There are lighter options, such as Bircher muesli, acai bowls, granola jar, French croissants and kids sized breakfast meals on offer as well.
Fresh juices, smoothies, kombucha and of course, tea and coffee are available throughout the day.

At Shaana, as in Italy, salads are NOT a garnish but a standard meal. Dig into the Summer Superfood Salad (organic quinoa, spinach, chickpeas, carrots, red cabbage, mixed sprouts, avocado and home-made hummus) or the Gourmet Chicken salad (aromatic grilled chicken, crispy bacon, roasted cashews, spinach, caramelised onion, red cabbage and roasted tomato).
For something ‘from the sea’ there is Calamari Fritti (salt and pepper calamari with homemade chilli, lime and mayonnaise sauce), or Fish and Chips (red snapper, chips and side of green salad).
For a definitive Italian lunch, the home-made tagliatelle ragu (homemade fettucine with Bolognese) or La Piadina E Salsiccia (traditional piadina with mild Calabrese sausage, rocket, shaved parmigiano and caramelised onion) are a source of soul warming food!
